Refund policy
Plain rules, no forms. Most refunds are one email.
First 14 days: full refund
If HookProof didn’t work out, email within 14 days of your first charge and that charge comes back in full. You don’t need a reason that satisfies anyone. Asking is enough.
Billing errors: refunded any time
Duplicate charges, charges after you cancelled, anything that looks wrong on your statement: refunded whenever you find it. The 14-day window does not apply to our mistakes.
Renewals after the first 14 days
Renewal charges are generally final. The protection is that cancelling is immediate: open “Manage billing” on the checkout confirmation page, and the next charge stops the moment you cancel, while your access runs to the end of the period you already paid. Cancel the moment you’re unsure and you lose nothing you paid for.
How to request a refund
Email phil.buendia@gmail.com from the address on your Stripe receipt and include the receipt number. Those two things are enough to find the charge and refund it.
Processing time
Refunds go back to the original card and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, per Stripe.
